Subscribe & Save Policy

Our Subscribe & Save program makes it easy to receive your essentials on a regular basis while saving money on every order. Here’s how it works:

Opt-in only: You can choose to set up a recurring payment for a Subscribe & save product at check out - it's completely optional and you are not locked in.
Hosted by Recurpay: We use a trusted third-party service (Recurpay) to securely manage your subscription at no extra cost to you.
Automatic deliveries: Choose your preferred delivery interval (e.g., every 2 weeks, every month), and we’ll send your order automatically.
Built-in savings: Each subscription includes a discount and free or flat rate shipping. Because of this, it cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discounts unless authorised by us.

Payments

Your payment details are stored securely by Recurpay.
You’ll be charged automatically for each scheduled order, unless you cancel or pause or skip in advance.

Managing your subscription

You can cancel, pause, or change your subscription at any time through your account page.
Every order confirmation email includes a direct link to manage your subscription.
If you have any issues logging in, just email us—we’ll happily update or cancel your subscription for you.

Cancellations

If you cancel before your second order is shipped, you will be charged the difference for your first order.

Size Changes

You can change your selected size up to 24 hours before your order is processed.
We’ll send you a reminder 3 days before your subscription is due, so you can make adjustments if needed.

Returns & Refunds

If we have made a mistake with your order, we will bear the full cost of ensuring that you recieve the correct products as soon as possible.
We accept change of mind returns as long as the items are returned in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of returns.
