Subscribe and Save Subscription Policy Terms
The subscription product known as "Subscribe and save" is an opt in only subscription service hosted by Skio, a third-party e-commerce service that hosts and manages your subscription on our behalf, at no cost to you. This service allows customers to subscribe to items on a reoccurring basis for a continued discount on each subscription. When you purchase a subscription item you will receive repeat deliveries based on your selected delivery intervals. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select.
Subscribe and save items cannot be combined with any other sales or discounts, this program is already a discounted service and no financial discount in the form of coupons or other monetary products will be applied.
Your payment details will be stored securely by Skio and you'll be charged for each scheduled order, unless you choose to pay in advance or cancel this service.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel it at any time, for any reason. No questions asked
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time by logging into your account page. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there. If you have any trouble or difficulty logging into your account, please send our team an email and we will be happy to cancel, pause or alter your account on your behalf.
Subscription Cancellations
If a subscription has been ordered and then cancelled before the second fulfillment Panda Baby Supplies reserves the right to change full price for the initial order.
Size Changes
Size changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to your order being fulfilled - you will be reminded to check your order size 3 days before your subscription is due to be processed.
