Yes — absolutely. We understand that sometimes things change, and we want you to feel comfortable ordering from us.

If you change your mind, you can return your nappies for a refund, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original condition. Just reach out to our team within 30 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the return process.

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed promptly.

If there’s ever an issue with your order or something doesn’t seem right, please contact us — we’re always happy to help.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used nappies.

If you’re unsure about fit or suitability, we recommend our Try Before You Buy pack so you can test at home before committing to a larger order.

Once your return has been received and checked, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days and issued back to your original payment method.

Your bank may take a little longer to reflect the funds.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as expected, please contact us as soon as possible.
